ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking expert Lead Auditors QHSE to conduct integrated audits of quality, health, safety and environment at clients in Switzerland. The position requires full autonomy in managing multidisciplinary audits, multilingual communication skills and deep knowledge of integrated QHSE management systems, regulatory compliance and international best practices.

The professional will operate as an independent consultant, ensuring high-quality audits, verification of compliance with international standards, identification of non-conformities and formulation of strategic recommendations for improving quality, health, safety and environmental performance.

Languages

• Italian and/or French and/or German (fluent – at least one language mandatory)
• English (preferred)

Education

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental), Safety Science or related disciplines
• Lead Auditor QHSE Certification or equivalent (mandatory)
• Lead Auditor Certifications ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (preferably holding at least 2)
• Continuous training on integrated audits and QHSE regulations
• Knowledge of international regulations on quality, health, safety and environment

Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in QHSE auditing or integrated management
• Minimum 3-5 years as Lead Auditor QHSE with industrial clients
• Experience conducting audits in Swiss or European organizations
• Knowledge of sectors: manufacturing, chemical, food, construction, logistics, utilities
• Experience in multidisciplinary regulatory compliance assessment
• Experience in identification and management of non-conformities

Availability: Frequent travel to Switzerland

• Competence in integrated QHSE risk assessment
• Use of audit software and document management systems
