Real openings from this morning, explained for an example candidate: a warehouse operator with a forklift licence, five years in, living in Braga.

You check five sites every night. Farol reads them all every morning.

Employers' own careers pages and the public job boards. Posted yesterday, read today, compared with your CV before you have had coffee.

Every day

If it was posted yesterday, it is checked today. A posting from last week is not news.

Every kind of work

Factory, warehouse, kitchen, shop, care home, building site, office. Not only jobs with a LinkedIn page.

Wherever you look

Choose the countries you want, or remote work.

How it works

Three steps. The first takes you five minutes. The other two happen every morning without you.

  1. Your CV

    Give us your CV once

Upload the one you have, or answer a short profile instead. Tell us the roles, the countries and the hours you want.

    • The AI reads it and lists what it found: roles, years, licences, languages, where you live
    • You correct anything wrong before it is used for a single match
    • Five minutes. No card.
  2. Every morning

    We read every new opening

Every morning Farol reads the openings posted since yesterday and compares each one with your profile. Most are not for you. It says why, and moves on.

    • Employers' own sites and the public boards
    • Each posting judged on what it asks against what you have, not on keywords
    • Nothing is sent to anyone. Reading is all that happens.
  3. Your shortlist

You get a short list, explained

Not a score you have to trust. Four plain answers on every match, so you know before you open the posting whether it is worth your evening.

    • Why it fits, what you meet, what is missing, location and eligibility
    • The first one within the hour of signing up. Then every morning, by email.
    • Apply on the employer's own site. Farol shows you the door and steps aside.
    • Mark it applied and it goes on your board: sent, replied, interview, offer. A week of silence, and Farol asks once what came of it.

A job board gives you 400 results. You need four.

Searching is not the hard part. Reading 400 postings to find the four worth an evening is. That is the part Farol does.

Your CV is not a lead.

It is private working material. Farol uses it to build a profile you can correct and to explain your matches—not to sell your details or apply behind your back.

Questions

Do you apply for me?

No. You apply on the employer's own site, so nothing gets lost in a middleman. For a job you want, we write the CV and help you with the application.

Which countries does Farol cover?

We read openings in many countries in Europe and beyond. Choose the ones you want in your preferences, or remote work.

Is it only for office jobs?

No. Factory, logistics, hospitality, care, retail and office roles all come through.

How fresh are the jobs?

Read every day. If it was posted yesterday, it is checked today.

How much does Farol cost?

Every explained match is free. What you pay for is a CV written for a job you want, with its cover letter and email: the first is free, then €1.99 for one or packs from €4.99.

What happens to my CV?

It is used only to match you with openings and, when you ask, to write the versions tailored to a job. See the privacy policy for details.

How fast is the first match?

Within the hour of finishing your profile, in most cases. After that, every morning by email, and only when something fits.

What if nothing fits today?

Then you get nothing, and no filler. Farol only sends what it can explain. A quiet day is a true answer, not a bug.

Do I need a CV to start?

No. Answer a short profile instead and the matches are the same. Farol also writes you a plain CV from it, PDF or Word, to download and use anywhere, on every plan.

What happens after I apply?

Mark it applied and it goes on your board, with the stage it is at: sent, replied, interview, offer, or nothing yet. If a week passes with no change, Farol emails you once to ask what came of it. Jobs you found elsewhere go on the board too, so it is your whole search.

Can I check a posting I found myself?

Yes. Paste the address or the text and Farol answers the same four questions about it, within your daily checks.
