VIE - Finance Reporting tools (m/f/d)

Type of contract: Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE).

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin (or other sites within our Alstom network). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

We’ll look to you for

• Support the transformation of the CNE region
• Analyze processes and realise improvement opportunities
• Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement)
• Prepare project plans, status reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Interested and Initial experience in finance functions
• Affinity for digital tools and agile methods incl. Power BI skills
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
