Warum ein Lebenslauf für diese Stelle?

  • Sie sehen zuerst, wonach sie gefragt haben. Deine Erfahrung, die zur Anzeige passt, steht vorne, in den Worten der Anzeige, sodass sie beim Überfliegen in Sekunden gefunden wird.
  • Er kommt an der Software vorbei. Viele größere Arbeitgeber nutzen Software, die Lebensläufe danach sortiert, wie genau sie zur Anzeige passen – oft bevor sie überhaupt jemand liest.
  • In der Sprache der Anzeige. Eine Anzeige auf Spanisch bekommt einen Lebenslauf auf Spanisch, auch wenn deiner auf Portugiesisch ist.
  • Deine Fakten, nichts erfunden. Deine eigene Erfahrung, neu geordnet und neu formuliert. Was die Anzeige will und dein Lebenslauf nicht zeigt, wird aufgelistet, damit du es ergänzt – nur wenn es stimmt. Du prüfst ihn, bevor du ihn verschickst.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise mechanical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Oversee welding, fabrication, installation, testing, and inspection activities related to LNG tank construction.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure construction milestones are achieved according to schedule.
  • Provide technical guidance on mechanical engineering matters and support the resolution of site issues.
  • Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, industry standards, and project procedures.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  • Manage punch list items and ensure timely closure before final project handover.
  • Prepare progress reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical supervision on large-scale industrial projects.
  • Proven experience in LNG tank construction or similar energy/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, mechanical installation, and quality control processes.
  • Experience with NDT, inspection activities, and commissioning procedures.
  • HSE-focused mindset with relevant safety certifications.
  • Knowledge of international engineering standards and construction best practices.
  • Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international project environment.
