  • Deine Fakten, nichts erfunden. Deine eigene Erfahrung, neu geordnet und neu formuliert. Was die Anzeige will und dein Lebenslauf nicht zeigt, wird aufgelistet, damit du es ergänzt – nur wenn es stimmt. Du prüfst ihn, bevor du ihn verschickst.

What does the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Team do?

We are the team that transforms aircraft design into a flying reality. Through close collaborative-development with aircraft design and other engineering disciplines, Manufacturing Engineering “ME” ensures the manufacturing feasibility OTOCOQ of the new products. We are the link to our internal production departments and external suppliers, enabling the manufacturing of parts, assembly, integration, and testing (“MAIT” system) of new aircraft.

We are currently scaling the entire Industrial Team. This position is one of several key roles we are opening; we encourage you to explore our other vacancies to find the best match for your expertise.

The primary challenge lies in the accelerated development timeline leading to the maiden flight. This requires a team of agile engineers who thrive in a dynamic environment and can expertly manage design evolutions alongside active manufacturing processes.

  • Coordination of the overall factory/production system: flow type, station sequence and physical/logical layout connecting all manufacturing disciplines
  • Act as central technical coordination point across Manufacturing Engineering disciplines (composites, metallics, tooling, assembly, systems installation and ground test) ensuring their process baselines are compatible technically, in time and in space
  • Lead cross-functional industrial system reviews and trade-offs with Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering discipline to validate industrial system design decisions against the evolving product design) to keep product requirements, cost, schedule and quality aligned with program targets
  • Define facility and infrastructure technical requirements for the industrial system. Technical authority for industrial milestones and decisions (trade-offs, industrial reviews, configuration change, make-buy strategy, manufacturing baseline)
