- Pro-actively upsell our products including but not limited to dental and vision products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients and brokers, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication and delivering solutions aligned to their needs.
- Take the lead in general and complex enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve and with agreed timelines.
