Job Description:
Control de producción - Supervision
Seguimiento de contrato
Proporcionar al cliente información sobre soporte y servicios y estado del contrato, su ejecución frente a su viabilidad global.
Apoyo a la gestión de recursos.
Recopile y analice los comentarios de los clientes.
Supervisar el rendimiento del soporte y el servicio a nivel de cliente individual.
Lanzar y poner a prueba cualquier plan de acción requerido.
