Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Systems or a related field.
Preferably 3-5 years or more of professional experience in functional analysis in Banking (Payments, Cards, Capital Markets).
Proven experience leading analysis activities in medium- to high-complexity projects.
Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
Experience preparing functional analysis documents, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and implementable solutions.
Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities.
Experience managing requirements, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
Strong knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle.
Strong Proficiency in English, as well as at least mastery of either Dutch or French.
Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in digital transformation projects within the Banking sector.
Knowledge of regulatory
Experience in business process reengineering.
Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques.
Experience with system integrations and interoperability.
Knowledge of GDPR, digital accessibility, and information security.
Strong technical expertise as a Java developer, experience with Swagger and related tools.
