What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the team to design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art models for client projects and internal tools.
• Develop and integrate agentic AI solutions using tool calling, and emerging protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create autonomous, context-aware applications.
• Research and implement innovative generative AI applications to solve complex business problems.
• Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance, establishing quality metrics and benchmarks that guide development decisions and ensure reliable, production-ready solutions.
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and usability of LLM-powered products and tools.
• Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of AI systems, including models, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
• Participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to shape impactful solutions.

Who You Are

A recent graduate or professional with 1 to 3 years of experience, with hands-on experience working with LLMs and a passion for generative AI and NLP. Motivated to apply your technical expertise to real-world challenges in AI. Able to thrive in collaborative settings while independently driving your own workstreams. Eager to learn, grow, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI innovation.

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced NLP applications (e.g., fine-tuning models, using frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI and NLP libraries.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to address real-world challenges through AI.
• Good communication skills in English, Dutch or French; additional languages are a plus.
• A growth mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
