You’ll specifically take care of managing project Quality, Cost, Delivery, Planning (QCDP), and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) aspects, but also strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth through strategic development initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading and motivating project teams to achieve objectives and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, managing variation orders, and addressing claims or litigations as needed.
  • Proactively managing risks, opportunities, and savings to optimize project outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Defining and implementing a business development strategy to identify and secure new opportunities in the France-BeLux locomotive services market.
  • Promoting Alstom’s services and solutions to influence customer specifications and win new business.
  • Providing market intelligence and strategic insights to support decision-making and tender strategies.
