Job Summary:
We are seeking an M365 Solution Builder to join our Cloud, Data & AI practice. In this entry, you will build practical solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack, from SharePoint Online intranets and Teams solutions to Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents, working closely with business analysts, developers, and architects who provide guidance on standards and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build SharePoint Online intranet sites, pages with web parts for business teams.
- Configure and extend Microsoft Teams with apps, channels, and integrations to support business processes.
- Design and build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) for defined business use cases.
- Build Power Automate flows to automate business processes and reduce manual work.
- Build Power BI reports and dashboards connecting to standard, pre-defined data sources.
- Build and configure Copilot Studio agents based on defined end-user use cases.
- Work directly with business users and analysts to translate requirements into working M365 solutions.
- Document built solutions to support handover and ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience building solutions across Microsoft 365, such as SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for building agents.
- Experience building SharePoint Online intranet sites, pages with web parts.
- Basic understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of Dataverse as a data source for apps and flows.
- Good communication skills to work directly with business users.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, or both.
- Nice to have: experience with SharePoint content migrations (e.g. using ShareGate or Migration Manager).
Desirable Certifications:
- Must have:Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Nice to have:Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Microsoft Certified: Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (AB-410)
