Your profile:

• Educated to a Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid background in finance and controlling (sound skills in cost center/profit center management, P&L controlling, and data analytics).
• Strong experience using Excel, GSuite, SAP FI/CO, and BI applications.
• Languages: French and English at negotiation level are mandatory (other languages are a plus).
• Soft skills: Strong ability to influence and convince, excellent relationship and team-building skills, risk anticipation and mitigation, and a proactive mindset.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IM Run Controller (m/f) to join the Digital & Transformation Controlling Department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:

Part of the Digital and transformation controlling team, your daily work will contribute to an increase in our companies’ efficiency and support our competitiveness. In close collaboration with our IM (Information Management) colleagues, you will be the key enabler making the link between your business partners, project leaders, and the entire Airbus Helicopters financial community. IM run is about €200m directed costs funded through IM charge-back, hourly rate allocation, and direct cost recharging through existing or upcoming SLAs.

Your main missions will be:

• Financial Planning (FP&A): Prepare financial exercises (OP, budget, forecast) for the Airbus Helicopters France (AH), Airbus Helicopters Germany (AHD), Airbus Helicopters Spain (AHE) IM Run scope, determine hourly rates, and secure IM charge-backs to other business functions.
• Closing & Reporting: Coordinate and consolidate month-end and year-end closing processes (accruals, prepayments, cost rebooking) and provide comprehensive Digital reports for spend monitoring across all services.
• Project Controlling & Intercompany: Follow up on the CORE project (including business case updates), secure/consolidate intercompany flows within the digital campus, and manage central IM service and Airbus Commercial reinvoicing.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct actuals analysis per IM domain and PSL, evaluate Over-/Under-Recovery variances, and approve Shopping Carts following strict budget compliance checks.
• Business Partnering: Provide robust support to the Digital operational team on all controlling topics and officially represent IM Run financial commitments during project Quality Gates (QG).
