Your role
As our new Business Manager, you will be responsible for some of our biggest Automotive software R&D/Engineering customers in Gothenburg, managing and developing existing and new relationships.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Sales responsibility for targeted software R&D/engineering clients
Business development and revenue growth
Building and maintaining client relations locally
Analyze the local market and be continuously updated on the latest trends
Optimize local bench and staff our employees on relevant projects
Anticipate the end of contracts and resources reallocation
Responsible to find the right assignment for the right competence, using portals, email or in direct contact with the customer
Your profile
University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
Experience from a leading role within sales or/and business development
Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish Automotive software R&D/engineering environment
Fluent in Swedish and English
Knowledge in Software Product Development and/or Connected Products and/or AD/ADAS Products and/or Mobility Product domain within Automotive
