Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Service & Operations Specialist
What You Will Work On
Implement, develop and manage IT services and technical solutions
Work with system operations, support and system development
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
Troubleshoot and handle IT incidents
Manage patching, monitoring and ongoing system maintenance
Provide remote and onsite technical support
Document incidents and activities in ticketing/service management systems
Contribute to cost estimation and continuous improvement
Support quality, compliance and IT security activities
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Work in an international environment with business, HR, legal and quality functions
Act as a contact person for the business within the assigned area
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
Academic degree or equivalent professional experience
Good knowledge of:
IT technology
Data protection
IT security
Requirements management
Basic knowledge of:
Project management
Vendor management
Risk management
IT Service Management
Quality and compliance
Experience with IT operations and technical support
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
Good collaboration and customer-focused approach
Responsible and results-oriented working style
Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written
