By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will strengthen operational resilience, enhance fulfilment performance, and help future-proof our supply chain network.
Equally important, you will be a leader who sets the tone for how we work. You will champion a safety-first mindset, promote collaboration and accountability, and create an environment where diverse teams can succeed and grow. Through your leadership, you will inspire a customer-centric culture that puts service, teamwork, and operational excellence at the heart of everything we do, ensuring long-term value for both our customers and the business
