Manager Audit Analytics & Data Insights | Assurance | Stockholm

The opportunity

As a Manager in Audit Analytics & Data Insights, you will lead analytics delivery across audit and assurance engagements. You will combine technical capability with knowledge of business processes, internal controls and audit evidence to identify risks, exceptions and actionable insights in complex datasets.

Your key responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of analytics across financial, operational and compliance engagements.

Oversee the extraction, transformation and analysis of large datasets using SQL, Databricks and Alteryx.

Develop and automate scalable, reusable workflows that improve audit efficiency, consistency and coverage.

Lead the development of dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or comparable tools.

Review data quality, reconciliations, trend analysis, exception reporting, testing and documentation.

Manage analytics workstreams, timelines and resources, and coach Senior Associates and junior colleagues.

Skills and attributes for success

Qualifications

Approximately 4-8 years of relevant experience in audit analytics, data analytics, business intelligence or a related field, including experience coordinating teams or workstreams.

Strong hands-on SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, data transformation and validation of large datasets.

Experience designing, delivering and reviewing analytics for audit or assurance, with knowledge of risks, controls and audit evidence.

Experience with data visualization, preferably Power BI, and the ability to explain technical findings to different stakeholders.

Experience with audit automation, AI, and data-driven audit methodologies, including the application of analytics, process mining, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and risk identification.

Strong project management, quality review and documentation skills.

Meritorious

Experience with Alteryx, Databricks, SAP or Oracle.

Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, process mining, continuous monitoring or Python.

A relevant qualification or certification in audit, accounting, information systems or analytics.
