JUNIOR SETTLEMENTS OFFICER

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional to join the Securities Settlement Department, responsible for supporting securities settlement operations through pre- and post-settlement activities, clearing, custody, maintenance of legal documentation, and transaction-related accounting processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions while contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Monitor and ensure the settlement of securities transactions and associated products.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations between internal systems and local custodians.
• Ensure referential and operational data remains accurate and up to date in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to operational queries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to the smooth execution of settlement processes while maintaining data accuracy and compliance standards.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of financial operations and securities settlement activities.
• Fluency in English.
