Why a CV written for the job
The same CV sent everywhere makes the employer hunt for what they asked for. A tailored CV puts it where they look first.
94%
of employers admit their filters screen out qualified candidates for roles that need training but not a degree, only because the CV does not match the exact criteria in the ad.
-
They see what they asked for, first
Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
-
It gets past the software
Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
-
In the language of the ad
An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
-
Your facts, nothing invented
Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Application packs
Your first application is free: the CV, cover letter and email for one job. After that, each CV in a pack covers all three for a job, on any plan. Paid once, nothing renews, and they do not expire.
About paying
Can I stay on Free?
Yes, for as long as you like. Every match we find, explained.
Do the emails ever stop?
On Free, if you do not visit Farol or click a link in its emails for 7 days, we pause your daily matches and their emails. We tell you by email the day before, and one click, or any visit, starts them again. Paid plans never pause.
What counts as a strong match?
A job where you meet the must-haves and the location and eligibility check passes. Those are the ones most worth a tailored CV.
How do I cancel?
A subscription is cancelled from your account, in one click on Stripe's page; you keep the paid month to its end and are not charged again. A plan paid once has nothing to cancel: it ends by itself after 30 days. Your statutory 14-day withdrawal rights are described in the terms.
