About Farol
Farol reads new job openings every day, compares them with your CV and sends you the few worth applying to, with the reason why. Any industry: factory, logistics, hospitality, care, retail, office.
What Farol is
A farol is a lighthouse. Farol is a job scout for one person: you. Every day it reads the openings published on employers' own careers pages and by the public employment services, compares each with your CV and preferences, and keeps the few worth your evening. Each one comes with its reasons: why it fits, what you meet, what is missing, and whether the location and eligibility work.
Every explained match is free. A CV rewritten for a job you want, with its cover letter and email, is €1.99, or less in packs.
What Farol is not
Not a job board: nobody publishes on Farol, and every opening links to the employer's own page. Not an agency: Farol does not apply for you, does not send your CV to employers, and does not represent them. Not a lead generator: your CV is private working material and is never sold.
Who runs it
Farol is operated by MotionKeys, Portugal, and hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH and Cloudflare, Inc. in EU. It launched in 2026 and is built and run by a small team in Portugal. Write to hello@faroljobs.com; a person reads every message.
