Link-Force Ltd is seeking a dedicated Nights Security Guard to oversee a busy construction site in Dublin 1. This vital role involves maintaining the safety and security of the site by monitoring access points, inspecting visitors and workers, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of handling security issues swiftly and effectively. Site hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm, the Security Guard must be proactive, confident, and adaptable to the dynamic environment of a construction site, ensuring the protection of personnel and assets at all times.
- Must hold a valid Safepass
- Must have a valid security guard qualification
- Previous experience in security or guarding roles, preferably within construction sites
- Excellent observational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Ability to remain calm and respond efficiently to emergencies or incidents
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work hours as required
