Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Welcome to Codasip

At Codasip, we design secure chips, the "brains" inside electronic devices, built to resist cyberattacks from the start. We’re an engineering company at heart, so you’ll work alongside talented hardware and software engineers in a collaborative culture where ideas are welcome, and learning is encouraged.

As a member of our HR/People Team, you’ll support managers and employees across our local and international design centers, including the UK, France, Germany, the US (and others), gaining broad experience in a wide range of topics, countries, and employment practices.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

The Impact You’ll Make

As our new HR Operations Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. You won’t just be an administrator; you will become a vital partner in ensuring our "Codasippers" have a seamless experience from day one and throughout their employment.

You will:

  • Oversee the Employee Journey: Take responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding of employees in Czechia and abroad, acting as a supportive guide for new hires and a reliable partner for our recruiters.
  • Master HR Administration: Manage the HR documentation lifecycle, from drafting employment contracts and amendments to managing confirmations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all locations. Support our employees with inquiries and communicate with online help desks if needed.
  • Drive People Projects: Administer our benefits and health & safety programs. You’ll coordinate with vendors and manage our language course programs, adapting to the needs of our lecturers and team members.
  • Optimize our Tech Stack: Maintain and improve our HRIS (BambooHR), Atlassian SW (Jira, Confluence), EoR platform (Oyster HR), etc. We value your initiative, so if you see a process that can be better, you’ll have the autonomy to propose and implement the solution.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with the CPO (Chief People Officer), HR Operations Lead, Recruitment, Finance/Payroll, and Infrastructure teams to keep the Codasip engine running smoothly.

What You Bring to The Table

  • Experience: You have a background in a similar HR role and feel right at home in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: You are fluent in both English and Czech, with professional writing skills that make complex HR topics easy to understand.
  • Organizational Prowess: You are careful, independent, and have a knack for keeping records organized and processes efficient.
  • Resilient Mindset: You have a positive attitude and are motivated by obstacles. You adapt quickly to change and love learning new things.
  • Interpersonal Relations: You build strong relationships across departments and enjoy being the go-to person for employee inquiries.

What's in it for you

  • A fast and informal hiring process
  • A non-corporate atmosphere
  • Receptivity to your own ideas
  • Flexible working hours, including working from home
  • 5 weeks of vacation
  • 3 sick days
  • Multisport card
  • FlexiPass/Pluxee Card
  • Direct payment to your salary instead of meal vouchers
  • Quarterly budget for team-building activities
  • High-quality free coffee and tea in the office/fruit days
  • Language courses
  • Budget for your personal development
