Main responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices / credit memos (PO and no-PO)
Handling of vendor queries (via e-mail)
Preparing payment proposals
Preparing and analyzing internal controls (AP Aging, GR/IR report)
PtP MEC activities – AP accrual
Secure high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA
Identify potential process improvements within PTP area
Daily contact with Local Business in APAC Region and other departments regarding processes
Requirements:
Experience in accounting in SSC (min. 2 years), preferably in PtP area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team,
Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus,
Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
Good knowledge of Excel
Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
Good working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
