RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Mindset:
• All Supplier personnel should maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions. Supplier personnel should be empathetic, patient, and have a strong desire to help users resolve their issues efficiently. The ultimate aim is to provide positive customer experience.
Communication Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crutial for these roles hereunder. Associates should be able to express ideas clearly and explain complex concepts in simple terms. Supplier personnel should also can listen effectively to understand the user's issue fully before offering solution.
Problem Solving Skills
• The ability to quickly identify problems and provide effective solutions is vital. This requires a combination of analytical thinking and creativity.
Confidential and Data Privacy
• Associates should respect user privacy and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to the company's privacy and any relevant laws and regulations.
