Graduate Engineer (B.S. degree or equivalent)

Training

Fluent in English (written and spoken);

Good technical reporting skills in the English language.

Technical knowledge

Hands-on experience with industry-recognized Asset Integrity, Reliability, RBI, APM, and Inspection Management software, including:

GE Digital APM (Meridium) - Asset Performance Management

E2G API-RBI™ - Risk-Based Inspection

Palladio (Antea) - Asset Integrity Management

Other relevant RBI, APM, Inspection Data Management, and Corrosion Management platforms are advantageous.

Preferred Certifications & Professional Qualifications

API Certifications: API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580, API 571

API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1 Fitness-for-Service Certification

ASME PCC-2 Repair of Pressure Equipment and Piping

ASM / ASTM Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA/RCA)

Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

Primary Functions

Lead the delivery of Asset Integrity and Reliability services while acting as a seller-doer by developing client relationships, identifying and creating business opportunities, supporting proposals, and executing projects with the support of the Technical Center (TC) team to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Technical Expertise

Act as a Seller-Doer by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the UAE and Middle East region.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, proactively identifying Asset Integrity, Reliability, Corrosion, Inspection, RBI, FFS, APM, and Digital Transformation opportunities.

Conduct regular client visits, technical presentations, workshops, and engagement meetings to understand client challenges and promote Bureau Veritas solutions.

Support the development and execution of account management plans for strategic clients and key accounts.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with Operations, Commercial, and Technical Center teams.

Lead or support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, technical clarifications, bid evaluations, and client presentations.

Develop local market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and identify emerging opportunities within oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, power, and industrial sectors.

Convert client needs into executable projects by coordinating with Regional Technical Center specialists and multidisciplinary subject matter experts.

Participate directly in project execution as a technical lead, project manager, or subject matter expert while leveraging the Technical Center team for specialized support.

Promote Bureau Veritas Asset Integrity, Reliability, Digital Asset Management, and Risk-Based Inspection services to expand market presence and revenue generation.

Support achievement of annual sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth targets for the Asset Integrity Business Unit.

Develop long-term client relationships that result in repeat business, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships.

Business Requirements
