Why a CV for this job?

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar orientações remotas a pacientes participantes do Programa de Suporte ao Paciente (PSP);
  • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre o tratamento e o uso correto do medicamento;
  • Promover educação em saúde e reforçar a adesão ao tratamento;
  • Registrar atendimentos e informações em sistema, seguindo os procedimentos do programa.
  • Acompanhar os processos e atividades previstos pelo programa;
  • Garantir a qualidade dos atendimentos, seguindo protocolos, normas de compliance e LGPD;
  • Atuar de forma acolhedora, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do paciente.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Enfermagem ou Farmácia;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento ao público;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e Pacote Office.
  • Interesse em atuar com atendimento e suporte ao paciente;
  • Perfil empático, organizado e com boa capacidade de orientação.
