Legal Operations & Expansion Specialist

Role Overview

Take on the challenge of setting up new legal entities and improving the processes that support expansion. You will work with external advisers and internal teams, gaining broad exposure to legal operations in a developing business.

About the Client

Our client is an international payment services provider. It offers online payment processing and card solutions for e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup of new legal entities, including information gathering and work with local legal and tax providers on registration and licensing processes.
• Review documents prepared by external legal providers and give feedback on accuracy and completeness.
• Help develop, review, and improve internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate communication between external tax advisers and internal accounting teams.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to inform strategic decisions.
• Keep documentation and information organized throughout entity setup and related projects.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in business development, legal support, compliance, administration, or a similar role. Financial services experience is a plus.
• Experience working with documents, data, or structured information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: English С1, Russian С1.
• Experience in fintech
