Marketing Executive

Job Description

The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Bosch Rexroth Malaysia to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The role works closely with sales teams, business units, partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing activities, CRM operations, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and partner activities.
• Support partner marketing and channel development initiatives.
• Manage CRM, lead tracking, and marketing automation activities.
• Create and maintain marketing content, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support lead generation and sales enablement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Bosch Rexroth branding and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, event management, or channel marketing.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and lead management.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
