Job Description

1. SAP生产模块基本操作：负责SAP系统中生产相关模块的日常操作，包括IB/RMA系统维护、物料管理流程操作、工艺路线更新、BOM维护等，确保生产主数据准确、流程顺畅。

2. ECR管理：负责工程变更请求（ECR）的全流程管理，包括流程制定、执行跟踪与持续优化，协调相关部门确保变更及时、合规落地。

3. 生产IT运营维护与支持：负责生产相关IT系统的日常运营维护与用户支持，包括服务器日常巡检、维护与故障处理，保障生产系统稳定运行。

4. NPI导入支持：支持新产品导入（NPI）阶段的IT相关工作，包括客户样品生产的协调与进度跟踪，确保样品生产按计划完成。

5. IT成本优化项目管理：负责IT成本降低（cost reduction）项目的管理与协调，推动降本方案落地并跟踪成效。

6. 其它：完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

1. SAP Production Module Operations: Perform daily operations in SAP production-related modules, IB/RMA system process, MM (Material Management) flow processing, Routing updates, BOM maintenance, etc., ensuring accuracy of production master data and smooth process execution.

2. ECR Management: Manage the end-to-end Engineering Change Request (ECR) process, including process design, execution tracking and continuous optimization; coordinate with relevant departments to ensure changes are implemented timely and compliantly.

3. Production IT Operations & Support: Responsible for daily operation, maintenance and user support of production-related IT systems, including routine server inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring stable operation of production systems.

4. NPI Introduction Support: Support IT-related work during New Product Introduction (NPI), including coordination and progress tracking of customer sample production to ensure samples are delivered on schedule.

5. IT Cost Reduction Project Management: Manage and coordinate IT cost reduction projects, drive implementation of cost-saving initiatives and track results.

6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机、信息管理专业优先。

2. 1年以上SAP生产模块（PP/MM）操作或制造IT支持相关经验。

3. 熟悉ECR/ECN变更管理流程，具备流程制定与优化能力。

4. 具备服务器日常维护及IT运营支持经验，问题分析与解决能力强。

5. 具备NPI项目支持经验，良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力。

6. 具备IT成本优化项目管理经验者优先。

7. 工作认真负责，具备良好的团队合作精神与抗压能力。

8. 具备[英语/德语]读写能力者优先。

1. College diploma or above; majors in Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields preferred.

2. 1+ years of experience in SAP production modules (PP/MM) operations or manufacturing IT support.

3. Familiar with ECR/ECN change management processes; capable of process design and optimization.

4. Experience in daily server maintenance and IT operations support; strong problem analysis and resolution skills.

5. Experience in NPI project support; strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

6. Experience in IT cost reduction project management is a plus.

7 Responsible, detail-oriented, with good teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.

8. Proficiency in [English/other languages] (reading and writing) is a plus.
