DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As the Solution Engineer you will:
- Knowledge of load balancing, application delivery, high availability and traffic management.
- Experience working with enterprise and multi-vendor network environments.
- Exposure to F5 migration, upgrades, performance tuning and integration.
- Good customer-facing, communication and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
- F5 certification such as F5-CA or F5-CTS is an added advantage.
- Experience with F5 Distributed Cloud, automation/API and cloud environments will be an added advantage. 1
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Solution Engineer :
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in network security, application delivery, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of F5 BIG-IP technologies.
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, DNS, Advanced WAF, APM and AFM is preferred.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and network security.
- Experience in F5 pre-sales, POC, solution design, implementation and troubleshooting.
