Regional Service Manager
Alexander Dennis · United Kingdom · full-time · Remote · July 09, 2026
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
What You’ll Do
As Regional Service Manager, you will lead service delivery across your region, ensuring our customers receive outstanding aftermarket support. Acting as the senior escalation point, you’ll manage relationships with operators, drive service performance, and lead a field-based team to maximise vehicle availability and customer satisfaction. You’ll combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership to resolve complex issues, improve fleet reliability, and grow aftermarket opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strong leader with significant experience in heavy vehicle service environments (bus, coach, or HGV). You’ll bring deep technical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage regional operations and remote teams effectively. A confident communicator, you’ll engage senior stakeholders, analyse performance data, and make sound decisions under pressure, always balancing safety, customer needs, and commercial outcomes.
