Base Pay Range
40,000.00 - 76,248.00
Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new customers in your territory
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service
- Coordinate with operations on equipment availability and rental programs
- Deliver presentations and business reviews to management
- Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:2+ years in direct sales or project management within the equipment industryPower generation or testing equipment background preferred
- Skills:Strong business development and customer retention abilitiesTechnical aptitude and ability to learn engineering conceptsExcellent communication and presentation skills
- Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 25+ lbs, work indoors/outdoors, and occasionally travel for customer visits. Safety is at the core of everything we do.
