You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure Red Badger delivers the right outcomes for them. You will do the right thing for your clients at every stage of their journey.
You will;
- Understand our clients goals and challenges
- Identify opportunities where Red Badger’s services can help them
- Construct, and agree, mutually beneficial commercial deals
- Strengthen that bond of trust by delivering outcomes, retaining them as a client and finding further opportunities to help them
You will be accountable for client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability. You will join the Senior Leadership Team, and work closely with our Finance and People teams, ensuring you have the information you need to make empowered and accountable decisions.
