What will you work on?
- Improve equipment KPIs including OEE, UPH, MTBF, MTBA, and equipment availability.
- Support equipment installation, setup, qualification, and production ramp-up.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance productivity, yield, and quality.
- Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
Hard Skills
- Equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Preventive maintenance and reliability improvement experience.
- Strong knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTBA, UPH, and equipment performance management.
- Experience with equipment qualification and production support.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
