Job Description
We are seeking a Italian-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and Italian-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
Provide regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication across teams.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in various MS office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
