Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven German Project Manager to join our vibrant team! As a German Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure while maintaining alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management activities from project initiation through closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiency and commercial success.
Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
Monitor project progress and proactively adapt plans to meet changing business requirements and timelines.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize business impact.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance policies, and project management best practices.
Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or a related project delivery environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
