Lead Architect Infrastructure Automation, Monitoring & Regional Site Lead
Capgemini · Berwyn, United States · On site · September 21, 2026
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Shape integration of monitoring platforms with event management and ITSM workflows
Ensure monitoring and automation patterns work together to enable more proactive operations
Platform & Lifecycle Transformation
Lead the design of automation-driven server builds, migrations, and lifecycle processes
Improve speed, consistency, and risk profile of infrastructure changes
Ensure automation is embedded into standard operational workflows
Engineering Practices & Standards
Define and enforce automation standards including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and coding practices
Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready
Establish patterns that can be consistently applied across teams
Collaboration, Delivery & Site Leadership
Work across infrastructure, application, and operations teams to drive adoption of defined patterns
Influence cross-tower alignment through strong technical leadership
Provide regional oversight of delivery execution, escalation management, and performance tracking
Support governance routines and ensure clear communication between regional teams and global leadership
