Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Participar da análise e do entendimento do escopo dos projetos demandados pelo PMO.
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento, customização e replicação das soluções existentes da IQVIA.
  • Apoiar o gerenciamento da fila de Suporte Nível II, atuando na resolução de issues e em demandas ad hoc.

Conhecimentos Técnicos Necessários (Básico a Intermediário):

  • Programação e lógica de programação.
  • SQL Server (DDL e DML).
  • SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
  • SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), incluindo desenvolvimento de cubos OLAP e modelos Tabular.

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Interesse contínuo em aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
  • Comprometimento, responsabilidade e organização na execução das atividades.
  • Proatividade e senso de urgência na condução das demandas.
  • Atenção à qualidade das entregas e aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de atuar sob pressão, analisando problemas de forma estruturada e propondo soluções eficazes.

  • Inglês básico.
