Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyo en proyectos de mejora y mantenimiento de instalaciones
  • Apoyo en servicios de la oficina, como coffee breaks, salas de reunión entre otros.
  • Participación en brigadas y protocolos de seguridad
  • Gestión administrativa (flota vehicular, documentación, envíos)
  • Comunicación con áreas globales como Global Security

Lo que aprenderás:

  • Gestión de instalaciones en un entorno corporativo internacional
  • Protocolos de seguridad y protección civil
  • Coordinación administrativa y control de procesos
  • Trabajo en equipo con diferentes áreas

Perfil:

  • Estudiante de licenciatura (cualquier área)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente toda la semana (30 hrs/semana, Col. Nápoles)
  • Manejo básico de Office
  • Proactividad y disposición para aprender
