Responsibilities/Duties 职责/权限:

  • Inspect incoming materials according to inspection standards and specifications.

  • Verify dimensions, appearance, and functionality of connector components, including terminals, hosing, shells, contact, and packaging materials.

  • Use measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometers, height gauges, projectors and microscopes.

使用卡尺，千分尺，高度规，投影仪等测量工具进行检测

  • Complete inspection reports and maintain inspection records

填写来料检验报告并完成检验记录

  • Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials.

对不合格来料进行标识，隔离及异常反馈

  • Conduct routine production line inspections according to inspection plans.

按巡检计划进行生产现场巡检

  • Monitor product quality during assembly and packaging processes.

检查组装等工序品质状态

  • Perform first article inspections and verify product quality after changeovers or setup adjustments.

  • Verify critical process parameters and control points.

Additional Information

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 技术知识，技能及能力:

  • Junior college, mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering or related disciplines preferred.

大专以上学历，机械制造，模具，电子电气等相关专业优先

  • Minimum 3 years of connector manufacturing processes.

3年以上连接器行业质量检验经验
