La figura avrà il compito di individuare e segnalare potenziali terreni, favorendo il contatto con aziende agricole, agricoltori e proprietari terrieri interessati alla concessione dei terreni in diritto di superficie, mantenendone la proprietà e la continuità delle attività agricole, oppure alla loro vendita.
Il ruolo
- Segnalazione di aziende potenzialmente interessate
- Creazione di una rete di contatti con realtà imprenditoriali del territorio
- Attività svolta in totale autonomia, senza vincoli di esclusiva
Il profilo ideale
- Libero professionista con Partita IVA
- Agronomi che erogano servizi di consulenza alle aziende
- Ottima conoscenza del tessuto imprenditoriale agricolo della propria area geografica
