1️⃣ Gestione Contabile Cantiere

  • Tracciamento costi di cantiere in tempo reale: Manodopera (operai, tecnici, impiegati) Materiali (asfalto, calcestruzzo, acciaio, armature) Noleggi (escavatori, compattatori, gru, ponteggi) Carburanti e consumabili Subappalti (demolizioni, scavi, drenaggi)
  • Registrazione quotidiana di: Timesheet operai e tecnici Bolle di carico materiali Registri noleggi attrezzature Fatture fornitori
  • Riconciliazione Budget vs. Actual settimanale/mensile
  • Analisi scostamenti e segnalazione tempestiva

2️⃣ Gestione Fatturazioni & Fornitori

  • Verifica fatture fornitori (coerenza con ordini, DDT, prezzi)
  • Gestione SAL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori) per fatturazione al committente
  • Controllo documenti amministrativi fornitori: Certificati assicurativi RC Iscrizione Albo Fornitori Conformità normative CCNL Bonus/Malus per performance
  • Gestione pagamenti e scadenzari fornitori
  • Archiviazione documentale ordinata e tracciabile

Esperienza Richiesta ⭐

  • Minimo 5-7 anni di esperienza in contabilità di cantiere
  • Preferibilmente esperienza in infrastrutture stradali/autostradali: Manutenzione strade/autostrade Lavori su ponti/viadotti Cantieri con traffico attivo
  • Esperienza con SAL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori)
  • Familiarità con software gestionali (STR)

Conoscenza Tecnica Richiesta

✅ Strutture autostradali:

  • Tipologie di pavimentazioni (bituminose, rigide)
  • Viadotti e ponti (strutture in c.a., c.a.p., acciaio)
  • Gallerie (rivestimenti, drenaggi, ventilazione)
  • Opere di drenaggio e regimazione acque

✅ Logiche di cantiere autostradale:

  • Cantieri semi-mobili (avanzamento progressivo)
  • Gestione traffico e sicurezza stradale
  • Lavori notturni/festivi (per ridurre impatto traffico)
  • Coordinamento con Polizia Stradale e Enti locali

✅ Costi specifici autostradali:

  • Noleggi attrezzature specializzate (compattatori, rulli, finisciatori)
  • Costi di sicurezza stradale (segnaletica, barriere, illuminazione)
  • Costi aggiuntivi per lavori in presenza di traffico
  • Costi di disagi al traffico (penalità/bonus da committente)
