What You'll Do
โ Lead and conduct Social Compliance Audits including SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, and Factory Assessments.
โ Evaluate labor practices, health & safety, ethics, and management systems.
โ Interview workers and management to assess compliance with applicable standards.
โ Prepare high-quality audit reports, CAPs, and certification documentation.
โ Ensure adherence to APSCA requirements, ISO guidelines, and Bureau Veritas quality standards.
โ Support clients in strengthening ethical sourcing and responsible business practices.
What We're Looking For
โ APSCA Level 3 (CSCA Qualified)
โ 6-8 years of industry experience with 4+ years in Social Compliance Auditing
โ Lead Auditor certification from a recognized body
โ Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws, EHS requirements, and factory operations
โ Experience in SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, Factory Evaluation, or ESG-related audits
โ Excellent communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills
โ Willingness to travel extensively across locations
Preferred
โญ Approved Auditor for SMETA and/or BSCI
โญ Experience with third-party certification bodies, buying offices, manufacturing facilities, or consulting organizations
