- Develop new business opportunities and achieve annual sales targets for Building & Infrastructure services.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, EPC companies, government entities, investors, and industrial clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop tailored service solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain CRM pipeline, monitor market trends, competitors, and identify strategic opportunities in azer.
Sales and business development services for Building & Infrastructure, including:
- Technical Supervision (Construction Supervision)
- Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
- Project Management & PMC
- HSE Consulting
- Building Inspection
- QA/QC Services
- Industrial and Infrastructure Inspection
- Environmental & Sustainability Services
- Laboratory Testing and Materials Testing
- Certification and Compliance Services
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
At least 7 years of professional experience in related field
Fluency in English is must
