Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

We are the leading Tech Company in Europe, supporting digital innovation for over 45 years.

We are committed to bringing digital technology into every business. How? By putting customers first and becoming the go-to partner for professionals, small, medium and large companies, offering customised solutions and services to optimise business processes, from HR and customer relations to e-invoicing and digital payments.

In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.

We are looking for an Integration Architect to join the Finance Integration team within the Finance Department. In this role, you will define the integration approach for finance processes in alignment with ICT, monitor the execution of the plan, and coordinate Finance-side activities to achieve objectives. You will manage a structured team of internal and external resources (consultants and system integrators) across process assessment, gap analysis, and integration solution design, within a multi-country environment (Italy, Spain, France, Turkey).

What skills are we looking for?

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 7-8 years of experience in roles such as Finance Architect / Integration Lead / Solution Architect within finance programs.
  • Proven experience in multi-country finance transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (at least one platform at an architectural level as SAP).
  • Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns: APIs, events (Kafka), ETL/ELT, iPaaS (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft).
  • Experience managing multi-vendor teams (Big4 firms, system integrators) on complex programs.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills in senior and cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent English (C1+); native or equivalent Italian proficiency.
  • Ability to translate finance requirements into sustainable architectural solutions.

Skills are important, but they are not enough. We seek individuals who, thanks to their growth mindset, view every challenge as an opportunity for growth and who embody the soft skills that set us apart, bringing our values to life.

  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company. We are proactive, responsible and customer- centric, always ready to question the status quo and achieve extraordinary results.
  • INNOVATION - is the guiding light that illuminates our path as we move through an environment full of different experiences, knowledge and perspectives. We are not afraid of making mistakes; we work in an environment that is fertile for the development of innovative solutions.
  • INCLUSION - is the sentiment that guides our relationships amongst individuals, each of whom has a different history and experience. We advocate for an inclusive work environment that values each person's unique characteristics.

What we offer:

We believe that our relationship with people is built on trust, clarity of goals, and full autonomy in how to achieve them.

This is what naturally shapes our way of working and everything that comes with it: from Light Friday — no work on Friday afternoons — to the benefits that reflect our approach.

  • Total compensation: € 56.000 – € 70.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
  • Wellbeing Digital Wallet: from € 3.850 per year. A personal budget to support your wellbeing: travel, medical expenses, parental support, sports, and reimbursements for personal services such as childcare, caregiving, and more.
  • Flexibility: we work in a hybrid model, with autonomy over when to come into the office. For us, being on-site makes sense when it improves the way we work: you come in when collaboration with colleagues makes a difference, not for presence, but for effectiveness.
  • Growth: we offer tailored learning paths and concrete development opportunities within a continuously evolving international group.
  • Environment: we promote an inclusive workplace built on trust, collaboration, and the value of diverse perspectives.
  • Impact: every day we work to create value for people, businesses, and communities through digital technology.

In particular, you will:

  • Define, jointly with internal ICT, the target integration architecture for finance processes (core ERP, satellite systems, data flows).
  • Coordinate with ICT/Enterprise Architecture to align finance requirements with the technology roadmap.
  • Lead the Integration Design & Governance team (internal and external consultants) across: AS-IS process assessment, gap analysis vs. target model, and solution design (application architecture, integration patterns, master data).
  • Oversee the finance integration plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation management.
  • Drive the Finance Integration + IT Steering Committee (held bi-monthly) with CFO, CIO, M&A IT Manager, FP&A Director, F&A Director, and International CFO.
  • Validate technology choices related to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), iPaaS, master data management, and identity.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs: adherence to plan, design quality, gap closure, and time-to-go-live.
  • Support the multi-country rollout strategy, ensuring consistency between the standard model and local specificities.
  • Coordinate collaboration with system integrators and external consultants during both design and delivery phases.
