Why a CV for this job?

Ben jij (bijna) afgestudeerd en wil je je specialiseren in de internationale transactie- en adviespraktijk? Dan is een advocaat-stage met een seat in onze praktijkgroep Corporate Transactions & Advisory iets voor jou. Binnen deze praktijkgroep adviseren wij bij nationale en internationale fusies, overnames, joint ventures en herstructureringen. Je werkt mee aan complexe transacties waarbij juridische expertise, strategisch inzicht en commerciële belangen samenkomen. De praktijk is breed en internationaal georiënteerd, met cliënten variërend van multinationals tot private equity-partijen.

Functie-eisen

Ben jij ambitieus en initiatiefrijk en wil jij graag werken binnen de top van de internationale advocatuur? Zit je bovendien in de afrondende fase van je master Rechtsgeleerdheid of ben je al afgestudeerd? Dan zoeken wij jou!
