What you'll get to do:
- Providing an engaging and interactive gaming experience for our players;
- Ensuring that our players have a fun and enjoyable experience while playing our games;
- Hosting live games and providing commentary for players;
- Interacting with players through chat and other forms of communication;
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support;
- Following company policies and procedures.
What you need to shine:
- 18+ years old;
- Strong communication skills;
- Knowledge of English language (Turkish is an advantage)
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of various game titles;
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Work Life Balance:
