Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of related experience OR
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting implementation of large-scale learning and performance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance management practices.
- Proficiency in learning technologies (e.g., LMS, eLearning platforms) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in assessing and defining how to measure performance
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and attention to detail
- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills in a team environment which requires negotiation, persuasion, collaboration, and analytical judgment
