Salary range: 170 - 210 PLN/H
What will you do?
You will lead the design and evolution of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a technical expert, driving best practices, supporting strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Your tasks
Design and drive enterprise-wide integration architecture using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
Lead the implementation and optimization of messaging solutions based on IBM MQ
Develop advanced automation solutions and operational tooling using Python
Drive CI/CD best practices and deployment automation using GitHub and Jenkins
Design and optimize data integration processes utilizing DB2 SQL
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to define integration strategies
Mentor engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
Ensure integration platforms meet performance, security, and reliability standards
Support critical production environments and major release activities
Requirements
Expert knowledge of IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
Strong experience with IBM MQ
Advanced experience with GitHub and Jenkins
Strong Python scripting skills
Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments
Strong SQL knowledge, particularly DB2
Experience designing enterprise integration architectures
Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers
Business-fluent English
Availability for occasional business travel to Germany
Nice to have
Experience in banking or financial services environments
Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions
Experience with event-driven architectures
Experience defining integration governance and best practices
