  • 客户沟通与关系维护：作为客户主要对接人，理解需求、管理期望等。
  • 质量控制：确保交付物符合客户要求和行业规范。
  • 跨部门协作：确保项目信息流畅、问题及时升级解决。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，语言学、翻译、外语或项目管理相关专业优先。
  • 2年以上项目管理经验，有翻译项目管理背景的优先。
  • 英语熟练掌握，能作为工作语言。
  • 出色的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和多任务处理能力。
  • 能适应快节奏工作环境，独立解决问题并推动项目落地。
