Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will manage a territory, provide operating room support, maintain critical inventory, and serve as a product expert for Stryker Trauma solutions.

This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy dynamic healthcare environments, can effectively manage competing priorities, and are motivated by a combination of clinical support, customer engagement, and sales performance.

What You Will Do

  • Document sales activities, inventory transactions, case support interactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

Schedule & On-Call Requirements

This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare, sales, or a combination of both.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of medical device, healthcare, or business-to-business sales experience.

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
